• “Site”: refers to the website designed, developed, and operated by VMB Diffusion SAS ;
• “User Account”: refers to any person aged sixteen (16) years or older with parental consent, or any person eighteen (18) years or older creating an account independently, using the Service through the Site ;
• “User”: refers to any person aged sixteen (16) years or older using the Service according to the parental consent rules for 16-17 year olds ;

• “Content”: any textual, graphic, musical, sound element, message, information, title, character, name, theme, object, decoration, costume, effect, text, dialogue, hook, location, character, diagram, concept, design, graphic, animation, sound, music composition, choreography, video, audiovisual effect, or any other element appearing on the Services, as well as all intellectual property rights, trademarks, domain names, acronyms, logos, and related designs.

Article 2: Overview

• https://en.15secondes.com allows users to post images and videos with a visibility limited to 15 seconds. After this period, content is automatically deleted.
• The platform uses advanced encryption protocols (AES-256) to ensure security and privacy.
• Any illegal, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or immoral content is prohibited and will be removed.
• Users must hold the rights to the images, videos, and music they post. https://en.15secondes.com is not responsible for posted content and reserves the right to act against violations.
• All content is reviewed before publication to ensure compliance with laws and the TOU.
• A Privacy Policy Charter further explains and complements these Terms.
• https://en.15secondes.com reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Using the Services implies acceptance of the TOU.

Article 3: Content Visibility Duration

All images and videos posted on https://en.15secondes.com are visible for a maximum of 15 seconds. After this period, content is automatically deleted to protect users’ privacy.

However, the visibility duration may be extended once for an additional 15 seconds, without creating an acquired right, in the following cases:

• at the request of the user who posted the content;
• or at the request of viewers of the content, using a bonus time feature, when available on the platform.

The extension of visibility is subject to the platform’s technical, functional, and moderation rules. https://en.15secondes.com reserves the right to refuse, limit, or remove any extension, especially if it violates these Terms of Service or applicable law.

If no extension is granted, or at the end of the extended period, the content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 4: Encryption and Content Verification

• All content is encrypted with AES-256 to ensure security and privacy.
• All content is verified before publication to ensure legal and TOU compliance.
• Users must hold the rights to images, videos, and music they post. https://en.15secondes.com reserves the right to take action against violations.

Article 5: Minimum Age

• Users aged 16-17 may create an account only with explicit parental or legal guardian consent.
• Under 16: account creation is prohibited.

Article 6: Registration and Access

Article 8: Reporting Illegal Content

Article 10: Account Termination

• 10.3 Consequences: immediate cessation of Services, destruction of related documentation, and creation of a new account required for future access.

Article 11: Intellectual Property

• https://en.15secondes.com owns all intellectual property rights related to the Service, the brand “https://en.15secondes.com”, and the website www.https://en.15secondes.com.com.
• Any reproduction, modification, or use of these rights without permission is strictly prohibited.

Article 12: General Provisions
