Returns & Refunds

You have 24 hours after your order is confirmed to cancel or modify it. After this period, no returns will be accepted, as our garments are made to order with custom printing according to your specifications.

Return within 14 days

Return conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if there are printing defects, damages, or other issues with the items received.
• If the merchandise has not been opened.
• If the merchandise has not been worn, washed, and shows no traces or odors.
• If the merchandise is returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Any item returned that does not meet all these conditions may be refused and sent back to the sender without a refund. We also reserve the right to refuse any incomplete return or items that do not match the original order.

Initial shipping costs as well as return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund

For compliant returns, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt and verification of the returned items.
